February 2, 2018 – Orlando, Fl. Legion Capital Corporation, a leading private equity firm for growth business, announced today that it has closed on a transaction to fund a $2.3 million credit facility for development of multiple subdivisions in the Central Florida attractions area. Teaming with developer Marsan Real Estate Group, and its home building division Better Built Homes of Florida, Legion will provide financing, management services, title services and other resources to the BellaViva at Harmony, BellaViva at Little Lake Hamilton, Holly Grove Village and Prestwick Village communities located in the tourist corridor just south of Orlando. The communities will ultimately encompass a total of 240 acres of developed residential communities including single family homes, multi-family homes and related amenities.

Legion will look to expand its relationship with Marsan, as a number of potential development parcels are currently under review by the parties, the plan being to develop numerous large scale residential projects over the next 48 months.
